In case you were wondering...
1. What type of hair replacement is best for me?
There are many options available based on your need and your budget. Ranging from the least expensive synthetic hair to the most expensive european human hair pieces. Within these two hair types there are several different base options from a small hairpiece to a full wig. Our personal consultation will educate you on all of your choices and help you to decide what is best for you.
2. Are wigs covered by insurance?
Many insurance companies will cover at least a portion of the price of a wig. (It is important to ask your doctor for a prescription for a “cranial prosthesis”). You will need to contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage under your policy.
3. How do I care for my new hair?
It is very important that you have the right products to care for your wig as well as proper care instructions. I am committed to making sure you are educated on caring for your new hair and equipped with the correct products.
4. What is your Refund Policy?
Non-Customized pieces: a full refund is offered on pieces that have not been cut, colored, re-sized or altered in any way.
Customized or Altered Wigs: There is a no return/no refund policy on custom systems or any piece that has been cut, colored, re-sized or altered in any fashion. I will work with you to ensure the piece is cut, sized, and colored to your satisfaction. Part of the styling and sizing process includes in-depth product care and maintenance education. Without proper care and maintenance, the quality of any product will be short lived.
